Where can I find the real-time dashboard?

The real-time dashboard is available in the portal.

1. Go to the portal
2. Log in with the correct details
3. Go to the ‘Advertising’ tab
4. Click on ‘Overview
5. Then select which type of display campaign you want to see your results for. You can choose between display onsite or display offsite (provided you use display offsite via bol.com). Then click ‘View all campaigns’.

Construction of real-time dashboard

The real-time dashboard consists of two pages:

Overview page

• The overview page shows all your display campaigns in a table containing the details and totals of your campaigns.
• Filter by status or period to get a specific overview of campaigns or search by campaign name or campaign ID.
• Decide which metrics you want to see in the table by selecting them via the column selection.
• Prefer all your data in Excel? Download your campaign data as xlsx existing via the download button.

Detail page

• On the details page you will find more data about the campaign-specific performance.
• At the top, you can see the meta data of your campaign including an example of the display banner and the corresponding landing (only available for onsite display).
• Below that, you will find a table with the campaign performance per target group.
• Again, you can add your own metrics or download all campaign data in an Excel.

Who is the real-time dashboard for?

The real-time dashboard is for all advertisers who have used display advertising via bol.com in the past two years or are currently doing so. For these advertisers, the dashboard is automatically available in the portal. You don’t have to do anything else for that.
