Claims regarding the sustainability aspects of products must be clear and relevant. Therefore, product information must comply with the guidelines of the ACM (Authority for Consumers & Markets). This means that vague terms (see below for the complete list) may not be used in the description of a product. Instead, specific sustainability benefits should be mentioned, such as: 70% recycled material, waste-reducing, recyclable, or energy-saving.
