As bol.com Retail Media, we are continuously optimising our processes for Adverteren via bol.com. This includes the administrative handling of our advertisements. To this end, we have set up a new process that more and more advertisers will notice during 2023.

This new process ensures a faster, more reliable and transparent administrative way of working. It gives you a single point of contact for all your questions and comments on Adverteren via bol.com.

The new process will apply to new orders from advertisers working with order forms. This will cause a number of changes that we would like to inform you of.

What will change?

  • Order forms will be digitally signed with Docusign.
  • New invoices will be added to the portal.
  • Adverteren via bol.com invoices will no longer be sent by email.
  • The new Adverteren via bol.com Retail Media invoices will be available in the portal on the 1st day of every month.
  • The format of the Adverteren via bol.com invoice has been improved.
  • The Adverteren via bol.com costs for the past month appear directly on the next invoice, even if the campaign is still running. A specification is available in Excel as a standard attachment. This shows the costs per campaign per day.
  • Do you have questions or comments about the Adverteren via bol.com invoicing? Please send these to avb-administratie@bol.com.

What do these changes mean for you?

  • Digital signing of the Adverteren via bol.com order instead of manually by e-mail.
  • Adverteren via bol.com invoices are available earlier in the specifications portal.
  • What is delivered by bol.com Retail Media will be invoiced per month.
  • Bol.com Retail Media payment terms and agreements remain unchanged.
  • For all other VA (Vendor Allowance) invoices, nothing will change.

 

Transition period

The new process will only apply to new orders. Old budgets that have not yet been fully spent and/or invoiced will still be invoiced in the old way. During a short transition period, you may therefore receive 2 different invoices.
