Changes in yellow and red cards

As of 1 June 2022, red instead of yellow cards are issued for a number of selected violations of the delivery terms & conditions.

What are red and yellow cards?
Shipments must always comply with our logistics delivery conditions. If the delivery deviates, a yellow or red card will be given. A yellow card is a warning and a red card means a (partial) refusal of the shipment.

With this change bol.com wants to create a better and safer inbound process. Besides this the change should create an unambiguous policy for all its suppliers. More information about the delivery conditions of bol.com can be found here.

Which delivery violations does this concern?
For the violations below, from 01/06/2022 a red card will be given (shipment will be refused) instead of a yellow card (warning).
