Failure: Delay in adding products to the search engine
Due to a stronger than expected growth of the number of products on bol.com, we are forced to take temporary measures to make the search engine function properly.
For you this means the following: new products added on days Saturday through Tuesday will only be findable via bol.com on Wednesday. Until then, it will not be findable when a customer uses a search or visits a category. On days Wednesday through Friday, the usual 8-hour maximum processing time will apply.
We expect this measure to be necessary until mid April 2022, apologies for the inconvenience.
