Manage your own contacts within the portal!


Supplier Portal admin rol

As of today, it is possible to request the “Supplier portal admin” role through the portal. This admin can manage the contact information themselves through the portal. For example, the admin can:

  • Add contacts
  • Modify contacts
  • Remove Contacts
  • Add Closing Days

For a group of suppliers we have already appointed a first admin to get started with this. On the ‘Account & Organization’ page you can see if an admin is already available for your organization.

If there is no admin yet, or if there is a need for an additional admin, click on the ‘Request Admin Rights’ button. The Supplier Service will then process your request.

Please note that due to vacations, it may take longer than usual for your admin rights to be approved.
