Stricter delivery requirements

News

As of June 1, 2022, red cards will be issued instead of yellow cards for a number of selected violations from the logistic delivery conditions. It is therefore important to be well prepared for this and to deliver according to the delivery terms and conditions!

As of 01 June 2022, red instead of yellow cards are issued for a number of selected violations of the delivery terms & conditions. Shipments must always comply with our logistics delivery conditions. If the delivery deviates, a yellow or red card will be given. A yellow card is a warning and a red card means a (partial) refusal of the shipment.

With this change bol.com wants to create a better and safer inbound process. Besides this the change should create an unambiguous policy for all its suppliers. More information about the delivery conditions of bol.com can be found here.
