In this report, you get to see on a weekly basis which top 5 search terms are used the most to arrive at your article (determined in the Commercial Insights Report). You will also immediately get the search volume of these search terms to see if many visitors search for them.

Please note, we only give a top 5 if there is enough data available. It could also theoretically be the case that we can only offer a top 3. This will vary from week to week. You will see how many visitors actually clicked through to your articles (CTR) and how many orders were placed from these search terms, along with the conversion rate.

Let’s explain this more clearly using an example.

Suppose 1000 customers search on the word ‘Toy Box’, and this generates a lot of traffic to your article, it will be added to the top 5 search terms on that article. You will also see how many customers actually clicked through to your article, say 200. Then you will see how many times an order was placed, say 10 times, and what its conversion rate is (200/100*10) 20%.

Top 20 search terms per product group

You will also get to see which search terms are popular in a product group (chunk). You will receive the top 20 most used search terms in that week that apply to this product group. In doing so, you will also get the volume of these keywords. These can then, for example, be added to the content of an article to make it more findable.
