Forgot password

If you’ve forgotten your password, select the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the login window.

  1. Enter your username (this is your email address)
  2. Answer the secret password question or complete the Captcha correctly
  3. You will receive a new password via email

Issues with requesting a new password

If the steps above don’t work, please contact Supplier management at suppliermanagement@bol.com. Indicate the email address for which you would like to request a new password. A link will be sent to this email address which will allow you to set a new password.
