Manufacturer obligations

There are a few obligations for manufacturers:
- Indication of Frequencies and Transmit Power: The manufacturer must explicitly state the frequencies and transmit power in the manual so that the user knows what rules apply to the device.

In addition, a Declaration of Conformity must be available, in which the manufacturer confirms that the product complies with the relevant EU directives.
