Once the offerfeed is uploaded, you can see the status of the processed offerfeed and download an offerfeed feedback report in the supplier portal. For the feedback report the way of uploading does not matter, it will be created for both supplier portal and FTP uploads.

  • Nieuw (New): New lines in this file compared to the previous file. This does not mean new products for bol or new products for you as suppliers, just EANs that were not on the offerfeed the last time it was uploaded.
  • Bijgewerkt (Updated): All the EANs that have had a change, this can be stock, price, delivery time for example.
  • Gedeact. (Deactivated): This means all the EANs that are no longer orderable. This can be due there being no stock, or due to the EANs being removed from the offerfeed file.
  • Fouten (Errors): Any EAN that cannot be processed due to an error. To get more information on the errors, please download the offerfeed feedback report. As supplier you are responsible to correct the mistakes and upload the offerfeed again.
