There is a feedback report available in the supplier portal after uploading an offerfeed in our system. The feedback report is available in the supplier portal for both the manual uploads through the supplier portal and the automated uploads with the FTPs connection.

If there are any errors in the delivered offerfeed, they will be displayed in a report on the supplier portal so you can adjust it in the next offerfeed. Depending on whether the value in question is mandatory or not, an invalid value could mean that the offer is not processed and therefore cannot be ordered by bol.

If there are no errors in the offerfeed, the offerfeed feedback file will be empty.

What does the feedback look like?

In the overview, you will find the feedback on invalid offers from the most recent update. It will look like the following example:

Each column contains information about a specific error. The following information is provided per offer:

  • Title
  • Received DateTime: Date and time when the offerfeed file was received.
  • Original file name: The name of the offerfeed file in which the offer was uploaded.
  • Offer reference: The unique reference you use internally for this product.
  • Error message: The error message provides feedback on the invalid data field.

Types of error messages

When an offer is present in the feedback report, it means that part of the offer data is invalid. Depending on which data is invalid, different error messages can be displayed.

Below you can find all possible error messages, together with the name used in the offerfeed template and the column in which the value should be entered
