Supplier portal account

Each user of the Supplier portal has an indvidual account that grants acces to the Supplier Portal. During the onboarding process, multiple accounts are created in the Supplier portal for suppliers.

Roles can be assigned to each individual account, and based on these roles, functionalities are displayed within the Supplier portal.

If new accounts are needed or if assigned roles for an existing account need to be changed, suppliers can manage this themselves using the portal admin role.

Functionality of the Supplier portal

During the onboarding pocesss, a general supplier account is created in bol’s systems. User accounts are linked to this general supplier account. Roles are then assigned to the user accounts, which determine the tabs that each user account can access. This setup ensures that each user account for a supplier can perform the necessary tasks.

Artikelen (Products)

In the Artikelen tab, you can edit product informatin of items listed in the most recent offerfeed.

Inzichten (Insights)

The Inzichten tab covers three topics and displays various types of reports, insights and the OTIF report.

Account & Organisatie Administratie (Account & Organization Administration)

In this tab you can edit user accounts and warehouse details associated with your supplier account.

Facturatie (Billing)

Here, you can view Vendor Allowance details, review Vendor Allowance invoices and find invoices related to advertising through bol.

Aanbod beheren (Manage offers)

In this tab you can upload the offerfeed.
