Login issues supplier portal

There may be various reasons why logging into the supplier portal isn't succesful. Below are some solutions that may help resolve the issue.

Logging into the supplier portal

You can log into the supplier portal through this page. Generally, logging in goes smoothly, but occasionally there may be some issues.

Cookies and/or cache

Your cookies or cache may contain information from a partner- or customer account with bol. This can cause your browser to send information from one of these accounts during a login attempt, resulting in an error message that your login credentials are not recognized by the system.

To test if this is the issue, try logging in through an incognito window. If logging in works this way, it is likely that account information from another bol account is stored in your cookies or cache. To resolve this, it is recommended to clear your cookies and/or cache.

Logged in with a different account

If you see a message indicating that the account is not recognized in our system, it may help to visit this link. This link will log you out of all bol accounts.

Step-by-step guide

If the above does not work, please follow the steps outlined below

1. Log out of all accounts

2. Go to the password forgotten page

3. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'

4. Open the email

Use the most recent email ‘reset your password for your bol account and click the ‘New password’ link in that email.

5. Enter a strong password and click 'Submit'

6. Logged in

You should now see a page with three options:

  • Verkopen via bol
  • Leveranciersportaal
  • Affiliate marketing

7. Click on 'Doorgaan als leverancier'

8. Logged in

You should now be logged in.

9. Error message

If an error message appears, use this link to try logging in again.

Contact Supplier service

If the above solutions did not resolve the login issue, please contact Supplier service at suppliermanagement@bol.com and include the following information:

  • The email address experiecing the issue
  • The time of the last login attempt
  • The IP address from which the loging is being attempted
  • A screenshot showing the URL from the page you are being shown after your attempted log in

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a technical issue wich is why the detailed information is needed.
