Bamboo & Melamine tableware

Pay close attention if you’re selling children’s tableware or camping tableware. Tableware made from bamboo or corn fibres can be harmful when used in combination with the plastic melamine. The Dutch and Belgian supervising authorities, the NVWA and the FAVV, advise to stop selling these items immediately. Since 2019, tableware consisting of both items has been prohibited and completely removed from the market. That’s why you can only sell items via bol that consist entirely of either bamboo or melamine.
