Processing issues

There are several folders to which files can be uploaded. Please ensure that you use the correct folders to upload your files.

If you are experiencing issues with the processing of your files, please ensure what the problem is. If it is just a handful of products not coming through, changes are there is an issue with these products in the offerfeed file and now the processing of the entire file.

Offerfeed

We strongly advise to upload a offerfeed file in the /offerfeed folder. When uploaind in the /offerfeed folder, we work based on the latest uploaded file. So a processed offerfeed file uploaded today will be the information we place orders on.

Uploading the full offerfeed file to the /offerfeed folder is the way of working we recommend, it leaves the least room for errors and ensures that both parties are working with the same offer data.

The /offerfeed/delta folder should only be used if changes to one, or a few offers, need to be made without impacting all your current active offers. Where files uploaded to /offerfeed replaces the earlier uploaded offerfeed entirely. Files uploaded to /offerfeed/delta will be processed on a product basis. Any changes made in the offers for these products, such as stock, price, etc. will be processed.

This can be used if you just want to make changes to a few offers, but not affect all the active offers bol can currently order. However this also means that any changes in your product catalog will not be processed. You are unable to add new,  or remove products from your catalog.

The textual productinformation can be uploaded in the /SQUARE folder.

Images can be uploaded in the different /images folders.
The /images/Stills folder is used for the primary images with each product. You need to use the EAN of the product as file name.

The /images/Partials folder can be used to upload the other images, use EAN_1, EAN_2, EAN_3, etc. to determinde the order of the images.
