Having verified the connection settings, the next step is to verify your IP has been added to the allow-list by bol. By default, bol blocks all incoming connections unless explicitly listed as allowed for a supplier.  

You are free to decide how many IP addresses you wish to allow. However, for security reasons, we do advise to limit the amount of addresses added, and to revoke unused addresses. If needed, we support adding a range of IP addresses. 

If you don’t know your IP address, you can make use of external websites like https://www.whatismyip.com. Make note of the Public IPv4 address. 

Reach out to suppliermanagement@bol.com to have your IP address(es) added to the allow-list.
