Supply Chain KPI’s

A well-functioning supply chain relies on clear agreements and insight into performance. That’s why bol monitors several key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect how our suppliers operate within the chain. These KPIs focus on delivery reliability, data quality, and predictability. With these insights, we can work together to improve processes, prevent disruptions, and build a stable and efficient collaboration. This page explains how to interpret the email and where to find support to improve your performance.

OTIF – On Time In Full

The OTIF score shows the percentage of orders delivered in full and on the agreed delivery date. This KPI helps monitor and improve delivery reliability across the supply chain.

OCL – Order Cancellation Level

The OCL score reflects the proportion of order lines cancelled by either bol or the supplier. It provides insight into the stability of the order process and helps identify areas for improvement.

Offerfeed Quality

Offerfeed Quality measures how frequently the offerfeed is submitted and how many lines are successfully processed. A consistent and complete offerfeed contributes to a reliable and up-to-date product offering.
