It may happen that fewer products are delivered than where pre-announced or ordered by bol. Depending on the situation a decision will be made to either not invoice the underdelivered products or to create a new pre-announcement.

By not invoicing the products that were not delivered, the invoice will be processed correctly by the system.

Creating a new pre-announcement
