Order Cancellation Lines via portal

From now on it is possible to see which orders are cancelled via the supplier portal. If you see that items are cancelled that are not available, this can be adjusted in the offerfeed so that it can no longer be ordered until the item is available again.

Please note! At this moment there is no distinction made who cancelled the order.
