SME payment term changed

As of July 1, 2022, the Payment Terms Act has changed. The change may impact the payment terms currently agreed upon between you and bol.com.

What will change? The payment term from an SME to bol.com can still be a maximum of 30 days.

It is therefore important that you indicate whether you are an SME before December 31, 2022. You can indicate this to bol.com by returning a completed SME declaration to bol.com (attachment). You can send the declaration to supplier@bol.com. Upon receipt of this declaration, bol.com will perform the necessary checks. After this we will adjust the payment term in our systems and send an addendum for the purchase contract.
