The Supply Chain portal (SCP) aims to effeciently and easily exchange order-related and delivery-related messages between you, the supplier, and bol. The carrier can use the portal to make a Fastlane booking.
Supply Chain portal account
Each user of the portal receives a personal account that provides access to the Supply Chain portal (SCP). For each supplier, one or multiple accounts, are created during the onboarding process.
There are two different types of accounts for the SCP: a general supplier account and a carrier account.
If additional accounts are needed, they can be requested. You can read how to do so for supplier accounts here and for carrier accounts here.
Functionality of the Supply Chain portal account
Similar to the accounts for the supplier platform, a general supplier account is created in the Supply Chain portal. The user accounts are linked to the general supplier account. This allows each user account of a supplier to perform all necessary actions.
