During the onboard process accounts are created for several key contacts, allowing them to log in to the supplier portal. Suppliers can also add new accounts themselvces directly within the supplier portal.

Creating a new supplier portal account

Contact with the portal admin role can create new accounts in the supplier portal and assign the appropriate roles to each account.

Issues with creating new accounts

If you are unable to create new accounts or link existing accounts to a supplier account, please contact Supplier services at suppliermanagement@bol.com. Provide the following details:

• The email address in question
• The roles that the email address should have
• The supplier account to which the email address should be linked
