Bol will automatically cancel all open orders or order lines 7 days after the expected delivery date (EDD). Orders or order lines that have been cancelled can no longer be pre-announced or invoiced.

This can cause problems for suppliers if these orders are already prepared or in transit for delivery.

Prevent automatic cancellations

Automatic cancellations can be prevented by being alert to the EDD communicated to bol and adjusting it if necessary.

Suppliers using the Supply Chain Portal (SCP) can adjust the EDD via the SCP. This page explains how to do this.
