It is possible for users of the Supplier Portal to add videos to products. To do this, go to ‘Edit product information’, where there is now an upload button for videos in the block on higher conversion.

Drag your video into the box or upload it by clicking on the field. Make sure the video meets the following requirements:

Minimum 1 MB & maximum 1 GB-
– The following file extensions are accepted:  .mkv, .mp4, .flv, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .mov, .wmv, .web
– Please note:
All videos are converted to a 16:9 aspect ratio. In addition, we create multiple versions of your video at different resolutions.
Your video can never have a higher resolution than the one you supplied.

Example:
A video with a resolution of 1080p can be produced with resolutions of 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p and 240p
A video with a resolution of 480p can be produced with resolutions of 480p, 360p and 240p

How can I change a video?
Go to the desired product information page in the Supplier Portal and to the heading ‘Increase conversion’. Here you will find the field to replace your video:

Click on the blue ‘Replace video’ button and upload a video from your PC.

Why is my video not online/in my Supplier Portal?

We can show 1 video per product (online). The last uploaded video is shown. This means that your video may have been overwritten by a video provided later.

How can I delete my video?

To remove your video, please contact Supplier Service. It is possible to replace a video by following the steps mentioned earlier.
