If you encounter any issue with content that you can’t resolve, please ask your contact person at bol or send an email to suppliermanagement@bol.com.

In your email, include:

• A clear question or clearly describe the problem
• Thea EANs related to the issue, either in text or in an Excel file
• If applicable, the Excel file used to submit the product information

How can Supplier service help?

Supplier service can assist you if things are not going well with the submission of content. However, the processing of the submitted content in the system is not something that Supplier service has influence over.
