Checks

We check the selected items for the required conditions. If a selection is rejected, it could mean that you did not set a distinctive feature for the items, the feature on which the item variants differ, such as colour or size. You will be notified of this. In that case, adjust the selection as indicated.

Other things that may accor:

• The items do belong in a product family, however, one or more are incorrectly listed in another product group. Adjust the product groupd at Productinformatie bewerken.
• Items are rejected with the message indicating that the brand, author or artist are not the same. If they seemingly have the same brand, author or artist, please check the spelling of the brand, even a capital can make a difference. If everything looks correct, please get in touch with your contact person or supplier service.
• A distinguishing feature is set for the whole product family. Are there no distinguishing features for the product family? Then you get the message: Helaas. Deze artikelen in deze productgroep kunnen we nog niet koppelen. Which means so much as Unfortunately, we cannot link the items in this product group. In this case, contact your contact person or supplier services so they can check whether the distinguishing attributes can be created for you.
