In order to properly process Articles in the operational process of bol, Suppliers must package, pre-announce and deliver their Articles to a bol  Fulfilment Center according to the requirements stated in these Logistics Delivery Terms (hereinafter “Delivery Terms”). Compliance with these conditions will result in faster processing and reduced costs.

In case of non-compliance with the Delivery Terms, bol may:

1. Refuse deliveries;
2. Return deliveries at the supplier’s expense;
3. Perform, at the Supplier’s expense, actions necessary to process the delivery.

The Supplier shall be liable for personal injury resulting from the Supplier’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all bol Fulfilment Centers. If additional requirements apply, to a specific bol Fulfilment Center, it will be stated in these terms and conditions.
