An order or order line from bol has been cancelled, what should I do?

There is a big chance that your order is included in the automatic cancellations from bol. Read below how you can prevent this.

At bol we use an order management system that automatically cancels an order line after an x number of days after the expiry of the EDD (expected delivery date). This can cause problems for the Supplier because the line in question is ready for delivery.

Suppliers can prevent this by being attentive to the EDD they provide. Suppliers working via the Supply Chain Portal can adjust the expected delivery date in that environment. EDI Suppliers can do this by sending an order response message. This allows the Supplier to avoid unwanted cancellations.
