How to inform bol about non-compliance with the Standards of Engagement?

In the event of non-compliance with a SoE obligation that supplier has to report to bol for,  please contact the bol Contract and Supplier Management team (via contractmanagement@bol.com) as soon as possible. After the report, you will be contacted to discuss the report.

Are the bol Standards of Engagement also available in a language other than English?

The bol Standards of Engagement are only available in English.
