Public holidays

At bol.com we take the public holidays into account when planning order and delivery dates. This means that deliveries cannot be made to all our warehouses on the following days. These holidays are listed below.

Closing days 2024

Below is an overview of the days that our warehouses are closed in 2024.

Newyearsday – Monday 1 January
Easter – Monday 1 April
Ascension Day – Thursday 9 May
Whit Monday – Monday 20 May
Christmas Day – Wednesday 25 December
Boxing Day – Thursday 26 December

Closing days supplier

You can add your closing days yourself in the supplier portal. Important for this is that you have the admin role. If you do not have this, please request it via the portal. More about this can be found here.

Closing days can then be added to the company data under the tab “Account & Organization Administration”.

Please note: the effect of a closing day is that bol.com will not deploy orders with a delivery date on this day. The requested delivery day will be used at the next available opportunity. This is a day on which you are unable to deliver to bol.com.
