The offerfeed is not only the start of the sale of your assortment on bol, but it also has an impact on your supplier account, orders and Supply Chain KPI's.
The offerfeed
The offerfeed is a file which contains all the articles that you want to sell to bol. It contains all the necessary information that is needed for bol to place orders, for example the price, stock and delivery time of products.
The articles that are shown in your Artikelen page in the supplier portal are also based on the last uploaded offerfeed.
File and uploading
The offerfeed is an Excel (.csv or .xlsx) or .txt file (TSV) that is uploaded on bol.
The offerfeed can be uploaded through the supplier portal page or with an FTPs connection. The expected upload frequency depends; we expect an always up to date offerfeed. So if you have frequent changes in stock or offers, please update the accordingly.
We atleast expect to have an up to date offerfeed in our system on the days that bol places orders.
