Smart devices

Customers are entitled to updates for smart devices (such as phones, tablets, televisions and laptops) and for digital content (such as e-books and software). As a seller, you are required by law to inform customers of the availability of those updates. Within this product group, the attribute “introduction and support” and specifically “support with updates” will therefore become mandatory. As of January 2023, articles without this product information will be taken offline.
