Here we explain the reason for your yellow or red card and what you should do on the base of the card.
Why are cards assigned to shipments?
Shipments to bol must comply with bol’s delivery conditions and house rules. This ensures that the delivery of shipments proceeds smoothly and quickly and that all inbound processes are carried out as accurately as possible. With Red and Yellow cards we indicate that a shipment, or part of it, does not meet the delivery terms.
I have received a card, what now?
Below an explanation is provided for each card, outlining why the card was given and what actions need to be taken.
I have received a Yellow Card, what now?
With a yellow card the shipment has been accepted, but the delivery did not fully comply with the delivery conditions.
A yellow card serves as a Heads up!. Check your processes to determine whether it was a one-time deviation from the standard of if improvements need to be made.
I have received a Red Card, what now?
With a red card the shipment has been refused. To resubmit the shipment to one of the warehouses, action must be taken to resolve the reason for the refusal.
